NoxBot terms of service

Using NoxBot

NoxBot is operated by NoxBox. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. You must meet Discord’s age and eligibility requirements and follow Discord’s terms, its community rules, applicable law, and your server’s rules. Install the bot only in a server you are authorized to manage.

What the service provides

NoxBot provides curated gearset links, patch and world-first information, and progression and mitigation summaries from one public or unlisted FFLogs report. Features, supported game versions, and limits may change. Loot Machine functionality is not part of this offering.

Results are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. They depend on source data and supported analysis rules. Use your own judgment when making gameplay decisions or interpreting another player’s performance.

Your inputs and channel posts

Submit only information you are entitled to access, process, and share. Private FFLogs reports are not supported. You retain any rights you hold in your inputs and authorize NoxBox to process them and deliver the requested results.

BiS, patch, and world-first commands post to the channel. Analysis commands let you make selections privately before posting. Published results identify the requester and may contain character names and performance information. Check the channel audience before sharing an unlisted report’s results.

Acceptable use

Do not use NoxBot to harass people, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, submit unlawful material, interfere with the service, or bypass authentication, visibility restrictions, or request limits. Do not automate requests in a way that overloads NoxBot or its providers. We may restrict access or suspend use to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

Availability and third parties

The bot is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or a particular result. Maintenance, capacity limits, and provider outages may interrupt it. We may modify or discontinue features. Discord, FFLogs, and linked gearset services are independent services governed by their own terms.

NoxBot is a community tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, FFLogs, or Square Enix. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Privacy and stopping use

Our privacy policy explains the information we process and how to request its correction or deletion. You can stop using the bot at any time. A server administrator can remove it through Discord. Removing the bot does not automatically delete earlier channel messages.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NoxBox provides NoxBot without warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the bot. For support or questions, contact noxboxinfo@gmail.com.
